Amazing beef noodle soup.   Found it last week and came back.   The family that owns and operates it is very nice. Even though most of the menu is in Chinese, they helped me pick the most wonderful flavored beef noodle soup. I've been to China about 20 times, this is the most authentic of any place I've had back in the US.

I love the fact that they have their homemade spice, the chili in the oil that every restaurant in China has.

Gordy guves this place a GIANT thumbs up!!

tl;dr: Literal hole in the wall restaurant with decent Chinese noodles.

I ordered the C1. Braised Beef Noodle Soup, and found it to be pretty average. There was a good amount of noodles and beef, and the beef was well-flavored. However, my biggest complaint about the noodles were that they were over cooked and as a result, lost the chewiness that I look for in my noodles.

So good! Guy who runs the place is so friendly, he'll remember you and adjusts dishes to your preferences. I really like the mixed noodles here. They have all kinds that you can try so there's plenty of variety. They also have vinegar and hot oil on the tables which is really nice for soups. The dumplings are pretty nice too. The dumplings were really juicy inside - it burst in my mouth. Their hot oil here has lots of spices like star anise and bay leaves. It's really fragrant.

Parking can be a problem and it isn't a big place so I'd say come early or late.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! During rush hour, it is very busy and the wait is around 20 min for food, but it's so worth it! I usually order through the Yelp app, and just come pick it up to save time.
My favorite broth food is the braised beef noodle soup, and rice dish is the eggplant and shredded pork. They're AMAZING! The seafood noodle soup is good as well, so is their fried rice. You can't go wrong here. Highly recommend!

I have been here once before and I had the wonton soup and loved it. My friend had the beef noodle soup and it was excellent as well. I went here for the second time last night and I wasn't as impressed as the first time. I ordered the Mapo tofu and my friend ordered the Mala string bean and tofu. I liked mine, but it tasted different than any other Mapo that I've ever had--and I've had a lot across the country. This one had a thick brown, gravy-like sauce. It was fairly spicy with a ton of tongue-numbing Szechuan peppercorns. I can't say it's my favorite that I've ever had. My friend's food had an amazing depth of flavor, but was pretty darn spicy with fresh slices of jalapeno in it and she's used to eating spicy food as well. Her tofu though was rock hard and pretty much inedible. She ate what she could of everything except the tofu and gave up. I also love that they have black vinegar--my personal favorite--on the tables for serving.
Because of my first experience, the black vinegar, and how much I liked the flavor of her dish, I'm giving a 4-star review but this experience was definitely a 3 for me and a 2 for her. Also, I found the gentleman who took our order and brought it out, very nice!
